1. What do you sell?

We sell movies, toys, fetish gear, lingerie, costumes, lubricants, massage oils, and novelties.

2. How much are rentals?

Rentals with a coloured tab are $4.50 for two nights. Rentals with white tabs are $1 for two nights.

3. What sort of deals do you offer?

DVDs - We offer the following everyday multibuy specials (taxes not included):

• Get two or more movies priced at $10 and pay only $5 each
• Get three $9.95 movies for $25 (save $4.85)
• Get two $16.95 movies for $30 (save $3.90)
• Get two $19.95 movies for $35 (save $4.90)
• Get two $29.95 movies for $50 (save $9.90)
• Get two $39.95 movies for $70 (save $9.90)
• Get two $49.95 movies for $90 (save $9.90)
• Get two $59.95 movies for $110 (save $9.90)

RENTALS - We have the following daily deals:

• Rent two movies, get a third of equal or lesser value free
  Note: Late fees will still apply to all rentals, including the free rental.
• Rent five white tab movies and get them for a full week instead of two nights

Take advantage of two-for-one Tuesdays! Every Tuesday, rent one movie, get your second rental free.

4. I love your lingerie, but how can I tell which size to get?

There is a sizing chart posted in store to help you choose a size. We also have a dressing room available to try on outfits. Please note that underwear and fishnet items can not be tried on in store.

As we do not offer refunds, we strongly encourage our customers to try on or at least examine lingerie prior to purchase in order to get the right size.

5. There's so many toys! How can I choose?

The wall of toys available in store can be daunting to even a veteran sex toy purchaser. Here are a few things to consider to narrow down your search:

• How much are you willing to spend?
• What soft of stimulation do you like -- hard or soft? Fast or slow? External or internal? Anal, vaginal, penile?
• What sort of toys have you liked before?
• Will you be using this toy primarily alone or with others?
• What material preferences do you have?

Be sure to ask our staff for a closer look at toys so that you can get an idea of how each toy works.

6. Why do you open the packaging and test the toys?

We do this for two main reasons:

1. To check the toy for tears and to make sure the toy is working prior to sale.
2. To make sure our customers know how to use the toy they are buying, such as where to insert batteries or how to turn the toy on and off.

Some people are concerned about whether or not this practice of opening packaging is hygienic. It is worth noting that toys are made in factories and are exposed to many workers and conditions before ending up in our store. For this reason, our handling of toys has no effect on the condition or cleanliness of the toys we sell, especially as our staff are cautious to wash their hands regularly and handle toys carefully. You should always wash your toys prior to use in order to use them safely and hygienically.

7. Why don't you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the intimate nature or our toys and lingerie, we are unable to resell them or return them to their vendors for credit. We cannot afford to offer this courtesy and are sorry for any inconvenience this causes. In order to minimize issues, we check product for deficiencies prior to sale.

DVDs can be exchanged with receipt within seven days of purchase in the case of a damaged or malfunctioning discs. We visually inspect DVDs prior to sale in order to minimize the risk of damaged goods being sold.
